Recently, the Africa Regional Marketing Center of the Overseas Business Department for Medium & Heavy Commercial Vehicles of DFMIEC successfully held two special training sessions for partner maintenance teams at the DONGFENG CV Nigeria Training Center.      With the core objectives of customer-centricity and technical upgrading, this training accurately addressed the actual vehicle usage needs of key customers as well as the pain points and difficulties in maintenance work, and constructed a multi-dimensional and all-round curriculum system. In the technical training module, the senior expert team from the manufacturer adopted an integrated approach of theoretical explanation, case analysis, on-site demonstration and hands-on practice, providing an in-depth interpretation of the working principles of Dongfeng's vehicle powertrain and key precautions for maintenance. Meanwhile, the training focused on strengthening critical content including maintenance safety norms, the use of special tools and standardized operating procedures, ensuring that participants improve maintenance efficiency on the premise of absolute safety.

Advanced maintenance content was also interspersed throughout the training. Through interactive questioning, the instructors guided participants to deepen their understanding of vehicle and maintenance knowledge, bringing them substantial gains. All participants demonstrated a high enthusiasm for learning: they took careful notes and engaged in active discussions in theoretical classes, and formed groups for hands-on sessions, repeatedly honing their skills on training vehicles and professional equipment. The expert team provided on-site roaming guidance throughout the process, promptly correcting non-standard operations and answering questions.

Upon the completion of the training, the DONGFENG CV Nigeria Training Center organized a rigorous written examination and practical assessment. Participants who passed the assessment were awarded manufacturer-certified completion certificates, officially becoming an important part of the company’s overseas after-sales maintenance and service system. The participants unanimously commented that the training featured rich, practical and highly targeted content. They not only mastered the latest maintenance technologies and service concepts, but also broadened their horizons through in-depth exchanges with the manufacturer. Going forward, they will translate what they have learned into practical service outcomes, providing more professional technical support for vehicle maintenance.
