Powering China-Africa Cooperation, DFMIEC Secures a Major Order for Commercial Vehicles in Guinea!

On May 14, DFMIEC successfully delivered the first batch of 89 dump trucks for the Guinea Boffa Project to Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO) in Shiyan, Hubei Province. The successful holding of this delivery ceremony is an important achievement for the two central enterprises to deepen strategic cooperation and jointly explore the overseas market, and also adds a new practical example to the pragmatic China-Africa cooperation.

As a key state-owned backbone enterprise administered by the central government, CHALCO shoulders an important mission in the non-ferrous metal industry. Last year, Dongfeng Motor and CHALCO signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and have actively promoted cooperation in various fields such as material procurement and technological development. With the coordination and support of the Industrial Collaboration Office of Dongfeng Motor, DFMIEC has deeply participated in CHALCO's Guinea Boffa Project, implemented the spirit of strategic cooperation with concrete actions and achieved mutual benefit and win-win results.

The Guinea Boffa Project is a key project for CHALCO to implement the Belt and Road Initiative and advance its global development layout, with stringent standards for construction quality and equipment performance. In response to the project's needs and the local vehicle operating conditions in Guinea, DFMIEC organized a professional team to conduct customized design and development of the vehicle models. Each delivered dump truck has undergone rigorous tests to ensure its adaptability to complex environments, providing reliable support for the logistics and transportation of the Boffa Project.

The delivery of these dump trucks marks another phased achievement of DFMIEC in serving overseas projects.
