DongFeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. and ABVOLVO Forge Strategic Alliance

On 26th January, 2013, DongFeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. (DFG) and ABVOLVO from Sweden signed an agreement in Beijing, in order to establish a capital-based strategic alliance, and jointly develop the world leading “DongFeng” commercial vehicle.
Through this cooperation, both sides will set up a commercial vehicle strategic alliance that has the world’s strongest strength in scale, benefit, and brand value. That will be conducive to exertion of DFG and ABVOLVO’s strong points and collaborative effects, formation of scale merit, and creation of new competitive edge.
