Good news continues to come from Dongfeng Import and Export Company’s overseas markets! Recently, in Guayaquil, the economic hub of Ecuador, the grand opening of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles' flagship store and the Commercial Vehicle Americas Regional Training Center was held. This was a collaborative effort between the company’s Commercial Vehicle Overseas Marketing Department and its partners. This move marks a new milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy in the Americas market.

As the economic engine of Ecuador and a key gateway to the South Pacific, Guayaquil holds 60% of the country’s commercial vehicle market share, with its logistics network extending across the entire Andean region. The company’s Commercial Vehicle Overseas Marketing Department has accurately grasped market trends by establishing a flagship integrated complex that combines vehicle sales, financial services, scenario-based experiences, a parts center, and technical training—forming a comprehensive "five-in-one" service. In collaboration with its partners, the company has also built a "Brand Value + Channel Network + Smart Services" golden triangle system, offering users a one-stop solution.

At the same time, the Commercial Vehicle Americas Regional Training Center, as the "Technology Empowerment Hub" of Dongfeng's global strategy, has established a tiered training system covering maintenance technicians, service consultants, and managers. It is expected to host 20 professional training sessions annually and deliver 8 specialized talents, thereby enhancing the full-service capability of the commercial vehicle aftermarket across the Americas region.

The completion of these two centers will improve regional service response efficiency by 50%, reduce parts supply cycles to 48 hours, and help continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
