Updated sales news from DFM shows that in the first half of 2015, DongFeng sold 1.8406 million vehicles in total, including 1.6033 million passenger vehicles and 237,300 commercial vehicles. In June, DFM’s monthly sales volume reached 282,200 units.
With the effective implementation of the 'Great Independence, Great Collaboration' strategy, DFM has further quickened the development of its independent brands. From January to June, DFG sold 622,700 vehicles of independent brands, including 83,700 in June alone. In addition, DFM sold 390,800 passenger vehicles of independent brands between January and June, representing a year-on-year increase of 7.27%. 231,900 commercial vehicles of independent brands were sold in the same period.
