In 2023, Hu Jinning entered the Overseas Marketing Department for Commercial Vehicles through campus recruitment, and was responsible for markets in Chile, Venezuela, Mexico, Central America, and large domestic clients. After joining the company, he constantly studied professional knowledge, strengthened his work abilities, quickly adapted to his position, and took on sales targets with determination. In just one year, he transformed from a workplace newcomer to a rising star in marketing, winning several honors such as "Marketing New Star" and "Market Expansion Star" in company competitions. In 2024, he spent 214 days abroad, selling 349 commercial vehicles. He achieved a breakthrough in the Venezuelan market with a market share of 20%, gaining recognition from American clients.
