Recently, Dongfeng Import and Export Company’s Nigeria Training Center held a specialized training and exchange event. The goal was to enhance the recognition and trust of major Nigerian clients in the Dongfeng brand and improve the customer service experience.

The training event was smoothly conducted at the Nigeria Training Center, covering a comprehensive range of topics, including vehicle driving operation standards, key maintenance and upkeep points, emergency fault handling, and troubleshooting skills. Through this training, customers’ driving proficiency with the company’s products was systematically improved, maintenance and upkeep processes were standardized, and skills for handling and repairing vehicle faults were reinforced, providing solid support for customers' efficient operations.

The training center team provided customers with a detailed introduction to the parts center, explaining the spare parts supply assurance system, the service mechanism for quickly meeting customer demands, and how to identify genuine Dongfeng parts. They emphasized the importance of using genuine parts and adhering to standardized maintenance practices to ensure vehicle safety and performance, greatly enhancing customers' awareness of the importance of using authentic parts.

The training adopted a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on practice. This teaching model not only allowed the customer team to gain a deep theoretical understanding but also enabled them to transform knowledge into skills through practical operations. This approach effectively enhanced their capabilities and received unanimous praise from the customer team.
