The team successfully assisted the local partner in completing the first batch of KD assembly and achieving full vehicle rollout.

The dispatched technical support team brought together key experts across multiple disciplines, including manufacturing technology, assembly processes, and automotive electronics. Tasked with ensuring smooth vehicle assembly and meeting quality standards, the team played a critical role in the success of the Malaysia project.

On site, the team faced a range of challenges—from a completely new working environment and language barriers to coordination with the local construction crew. Leveraging their strong technical expertise and meticulous work ethic, the team quickly adapted and implemented refined, full-process control over vehicle assembly, ensuring that every stage met Dongfeng’s process and quality standards.

To strengthen local capabilities, the team also developed a tiered training plan tailored to local workers. Through a combination of theoretical instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and one-on-one guidance, they systematically conveyed key assembly techniques and standardized operating procedures. This enabled trainees to fully grasp core operational skills and laid a solid technical foundation for ongoing quality assurance in vehicle production.

After rigorous inspection, the batch of vehicles fully met Dongfeng’s global quality standards in key areas such as exterior craftsmanship, power performance, and overall vehicle quality. The products received unanimous recognition from the Malaysian partner’s technical team.
